About Village Biltong

Biltong is a high protein, air dried beef snack. The beef is hand sliced and marinated in a blend of spices, based on traditional South African recipes. The meat is the air dried to create an intense, punchy flavour. High protein, low fat, The Ultimate Power Protein Snack!

We produce various flavour beef Biltong with a core range of Original, Garlic and Chilli. We also produce Chilli Snapsticks and weve been known to throw in the occasional special of both products from time to time!

Occasionally we'll bring along some Koeksisters (sweet donut like cakes with glazing) to mix it up a bit.
