What a year. It's been an absolute roller coaster for us.

We've still felt the effects of Coronavirus throughout this year, with many summer festivals being cancelled or postponed. We hope, despite the new variant, restrictions will ease, and we'll be able to get back to our entire event schedule in time for Summer 2022.

Back in February, a close friend and colleague, Geoff Perkins, sadly passed away. Another friend and full-time colleague, Dennis Wasserman, died suddenly while travelling to work in March. Both were hardworking, dedicated, and a big part of our team. The loss of two colleagues within a short period was challenging for our team. But we supported each other, and our team have worked tremendously hard despite the loss of two of our friends. 

Back in June, we secured a four-year plus two-year extension contract to continue delivering the weekly Warwick and Kenilworth Markets, in addition to Warwick Victorian Evening, Kenilworth Christmas Lights, and Leamington Autumn and Christmas Markets. Our team was incredibly proud of this achievement, which has worked hard over the past six years, delivering thriving weekly markets and major festivals.

It's been a bumpy few months, which was expected. It's always challenging to make changes without unsettling regular traders when taking on a new contract that a previous operator has had for many years. But we have a contract to deliver, and improvements to make. Despite some challenges, we've delivered what we believe to be some successful markets & events. And we look forward to improving these even further in 2022.

In late 2021, we were asked by Solihull BID to deliver a Christmas Producers' Market. This was a great success, and we are now providing 11 Producers' Markets throughout 2022 in Solihull. 

In December, our office & operations team also merged, and now all work under one roof and are excited to be in our new property. 

We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our traders and visitors who have made our markets and events so successful. Their support over the past 12 months has been incredible. We'd also like to thank Warwick District Council, Warwick Town Council, Leamington Town Council, Kenilworth Town Council, BID Leamington, BID Solihull, Barton Marina & Lichfield City Council for all their support, in addition to all of our clients we provide services for. 

We can't forget our team. Our whole team have been absolutely fantastic this year. They've worked under huge pressure and have worked extremely long days and weeks, and we can't thank every one of them enough!
