Thousands attended Kenilworth Food Festival

Thousands of visitors attended yesterdays (22nd July) Kenilworth Food Festival which was held on Warwick Road and within Talisman Sqaure. The event hosted over 60 traders selling mouthwatering food & drink, along with live entertainment, kids activities and rides. Visitors came in their thousands to support the second Food Festival. Jamie Walker of CJ's Events Warwickshire said: 'The second food festival was a massive success, the team are really pleased with the turnout and the incredible feedback we've had. In addition to Warwick Road, Talisman Sqaure was host to additional stalls and a new Kiddy Area which worked well.' He added: 'We had about 8 traders all of which sold out by about 2pm. The trader feedback has been fantastic. We'd like to say thank you to Warwick District Council for their ongoing support and Caking & Baking for managing our Sugar Craft Workshops.' The 2019 Food Festival is due to take place on Sunday 21st July 2019 and applications will open in December this year for traders to attend.
